Our story
4077 Productions started as the brainchild of J. Austin Duke while attending Middle Tennessee State University. With a few friends and a camera, 4077 Productions produced its first project, a sketch comedy web series called “MacNeil Hershaw.” The show ran for two seasons of six episodes. After “MacNeil Hershaw” the 4077 produced a series of short films, including award winning “Michael Schopenhauer”. 2016 saw the release of 4077 Productions second web series “Jackson, A Candidate Unleashed.” In 2018 4077 Productions released the short film “Friendship Theory,” winning the audience choice award at the Middle Tennessee 54 Hour Film Fest. The company has grown from no-budget production shot on one small camera, to a production company that consistently produces high quality entertainment and collaborates with other talented film makers and artists.
